Q: How soon can you shoot the property?
A:
Depending on weather conditions and depending on the owner’s availability and
schedule (if the property is occupied) , we usually shoot a day or two
after you place the order.
Q: How long does it take for the virtual tours to go online?
A:
It usually takes 3-4 days (or less) after the property is shot for the
Virtual Package and 4-5 days for the Virtual Plus Package. The time frames
mentioned exclude weekends and holidays.
Q: After I fax the order, what do I have to do next?
A:
Practically nothing. If you want your picture to be on the flyers and on the
site, you just send it to us via email (high resolution; jpeg format) .
Also, just in case we do not have your company logo yet, we request that you
send us a copy of it too. Other than those, we take care of everything else.
We even call and set the appointment with your clients. If the property is
vacant, we just go there and shoot the earliest we can. You just wait for our
email with the link for the virtual tour.
Q: Is there an extra fee to post the virtual tour on Realtor.com?
A:
Absolutely not (for VIRTUAL and VIRTUAL PLUS Packages). It is already part of the package.
Please take note though that for re-posting (with new MLS #), there is a fee of
$22 for non-showcase listings. For the photo Package, the same fee applies
if you want it posted on Realtor.com.
Q:
Where are the virtual tours posted?
A: Tours
are automatically posted to Realtor.com (if your property is already on
there) . Since we don’t have a link to your MLS account, we just ask you to
copy and paste the link that we send to you on your listing manager so other
realtors can view the virtual tour from the MLS and the public can view it from
LasVegasRealtor.com
Q: Is there anything we have to do to prepare the house for the shoot?
A: We
normally just request for the beds to be made, clutter cleared, that there be no
cars parked on the driveway, and no pets running around the house. We would
also recommend that you check if all lighting fixtures are working.
Q: What is a 360 x
360 virtual tour?
A: Our
tours will allow you to pan up and down and make you view the whole ceiling and
floor – not just sideways.
Q: Do we have to pay extra to update details for the property? How do we
go about changing information?
A: We do not charge
a single penny to update information. You just inform us via email or give us a
call and let us know what you want changed.
Q: Can you do a mass email for open house or price reduction?
A: We definitely
can! Take note though that you only have one mass email with the VIRTUAL
Package and two with the VIRTUAL PLUS Package. If these were already used up,
then we charge you an extra fee of $30.
Q: Will I be able to know who viewed my virtual tour?
A: We
have an optional traffic report every month. We cannot precisely tell you “who”
viewed it, but we can tell you how many viewed it.
Q: Can I use some of the photos for my MLS?
A: You
sure can. Just let us know if you need some still shots for your MLS and we
will send you the picture files ASAP.
Q: How long do I have the virtual tour for?
A: The
virtual tour link is available for up to 12 months.
